What happens if my money is deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking and the order does not get placed?In case there is an issue with online payment and your card was debited even though the order wasn’t successfully completed, please just make sure of the following at your end- 1. Please check your bank/credit card account - Has it been debited? If yes, your transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days. 2. The time taken for a reversal can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to pecipited this from our end. Please check with your bank for more details. 3. In case we receive the money from a failed order, we will initiate a refund within 2 business days of your request. 4. You can expect the amount to be credited with in 7 business days.

What are the terms of LITCHO shipping policy?At LITCHO, we do everything in our power to deliver all products purchased from LITCHO in pristine condition and in the fastest time possible. When you place your first order with LITCHO, shipping will be completely FREE. For all the subsequent purchases at LITCHO (minimum bill value of INR 999), your orders will reach your doorstep free of cost. In case your bill value is under INR 999, a shipping charge of INR 99 will be applicable to your order. 1. If your order is cancelled, lost, or remains undelivered, LITCHO will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online. 2. If you return an order that has been delivered to you, the shipping charges will not be refunded. For accounts whose return requests violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 99 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value. Please Note: *Order value is calculated after applying discounts/GST or any other applicable charges.

How do I cancel the order that I have placed?LITCHO allows you to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, If we have already shipped your order, then do not accept the product and inform the delivery executive that you have already applied for cancel request to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. We will process the refund into the original source account if the order amount was paid online.

I have raised a return request. When will my product be picked up?We do our best to have your product picked up within 4-7 days of raising a return request. The exact days needed to pick up a product may vary depending on the logistics team that services your area.
